Known as the Water Park Capital of the World and The Go-Kart and Mini-Golf Capital of the World, the Wisconsin Dells is all about family fun, and that is especially true if your definition of fun has something to do with water.  Nestled in the strikingly beautiful Wisconsin countryside, the Dells boasts over 3 millions visitors a year seeking an escape into adventure and relaxation.

Living up to its name, the Water Park Capital of the World, the Dells offers a choice of 21 outdoor and indoor water parks with some exciting themes. Mt Olympus Water and Theme Park wows visitors with not just the rides, but also with immense replicas of ancient Greek sites like the Parthenon.  Noah’s Ark Waterpark has the distinction of being the largest outdoor water park in the U.S., and is home to a number of impressive water fun attractions including a 4D Dive-In Theater.

A trip to the Dells is not complete without a tour of the natural wonders along the Wisconsin River. Boat tours abound in options, ranging from relaxing glimpses into the lush wooded beauty along the shores to jet boat tours designed to get your pulse racing.  One of the most entertaining tour options at the Dells is a DUCK Tour.  DUCKS offer a unique yet fun way to get around because they are the amphibious land and water vehicles used during WWII.

The International Crane Foundation is the only place in the world where you can view all 15 species of cranes. Devoted to their preservation, the Foundation is a sanctuary where cranes live in the beautiful wetland and grassland ecosystems that are vital to their existence. Walking paths and observation areas take visitors through the prairie landscape and guided tours are available.

The Tommy Bartlett Show is a local entertainment tradition that spans decades in the Dells, and treats visitors to a spectacular water ski show.  From there, take time for the Tommy Bartlett Exploratory where you can “explore science, space and beyond!” This interactive science center blends hands-on activity with the fun and cool side of science.

Planning next summer's vacation for the family? Maybe you need to consider the Wisconsin Dells, the ultimate in fun destinations!
